Case 1: The case of the cookie, the rash and the flu vaccine

A three-and-a-half-year-old boy was referred to an allergy clinic. The patient was born by normal spontaneous vaginal delivery, was full term and had no neonatal complications. He was breastfed for the first six months of life.
