T

o provide optimum esthetic results in anterior region is very difficult cases which not provide optimum implant placement

criteria. There are several factors to consider when restoring failing dentition in the anterior region. The dental team must

evaluate various criteria to define the optimal treatment plan. To achieve optimal esthetics especially anterior region, various patient

and tooth related factors have to be taken into consideration. In esthetic implant restoration is one that resembles a natural tooth in

all respects. Dental and gingival esthetics act together to provide a harmonious smile. The Dental should be aware of the parameters

related to gingival architecture icluded morphology, form, dimension, characterization, surface texture and color. The predictability

of an esthetic outcome for an implant restoration is dependent on many variables factors. The various factors and the procedures

related to enhancement of peri-implant esthetics will be discussed in this lecture.
