My overall experience with Omics International Pvt Ltd., is almost 5 years and in my starting years till 2017 the company was good in all aspects. Due to employees faults from 2018 management skipped providing hikes and from 2019 management delayed in processing salaries and some new rules like taking leaves more than 3 then salary will not be processed were came in to existence to make employees more punctual and regular to office. Working hours should be flexible and please try to maintain HR policies. Apart from all these flaws organization maintained a healthy and friendly environment and the senior management is very helpful. Every strict rule set by our MD Sir is for employee benefit only
