Good support for innovative ideas (irrespective of designation) which are more important for development of any organisation.
Great growth experience especially for fresher’s (As per my knowledge highest paying company for fresher’s in Visakhapatnam)
Boosting new employment especially in the cities like Visakhapatnam where job opportunities are very less.
Cons
It will be much better if company provides holidays on Saturdays.
