I have been working at omics full-time for less than a year Work culture is good in omics I was able to move internally, learned a lot and the culture is amazing. You will learn something new every day. You will meet some great people that are very smart. Pay is better than average and if you are promoted up a level there is a significant jump in pay although much is awarded I have learned many things from my seniors, managers and my colleagues, overall a friendly environment.
