Overall it’s a nice company and a good platform for fresher’s to start and to work for.
Pros: It is a good place for anyone to start their carrier. Good working environment with teams. Pulsus is a place where we can acquire and contribute our skills. Learn & explore digital marketing and content writing.
Cons: Except for strict leave policies I don't find any cons for the organization.
Advice to Management: Please be concerned about one day sick leave per month, especially for OJTs and flexible shifts.
