It’s a very good company for freshers from Biology/life sciences background. There are a great supporting people in my team and a healthy work environment. Great organisation which grows with the growth of employees.
Pros: Acquire significant exposure to new practice areas. When you get sufficient exposure and your work is valued, it adds to your confidence and helps you have a better self-image.
Cons: Very less holidays. This provides no time for personal works.
