  The human brain is a complex and fascinating organ, with many intricacies that are still not fully understood. However, in rare cases, anomalies can occur that provide unique insights into brain function. In this mini-review, we discuss a rare anomaly of the human brain known as agenesis of the corpus callosum, which is characterized by the absence of the corpus callosum, the largest white matter tract in the brain.
