In the present we are in time that there are no excuses for don��?t place an implant in the ideal prosthetic position, so we can offer to our patients predictable long term prosthesis. We have many techniques and biomaterial to reconstruct our alveolar ridges to obtain the ideal conditions to place our dental implants, passing through the augenous bone, biomaterials until rhbmp 2, and different techniques like sinus graft, ridge expansion, nerve lateralization and cigomatic implants. All this is to solve the different challenges that each patient require.
