To determine the causes of pulmonary hypertension and how to treat it in patients with multiple myeloma receiving care at the University of California, San Diego. In order to identify individuals with multiple myeloma and pulmonary hypertension, a retrospective chart analysis was carried out. Patients also needed to undergo a right heart catheterization.
