Using the role of case manager to assist a nursing woman who has experienced breastfeeding failure

 Breastfeeding is now common, but many Maternal still encounter difficulties in breastfeeding because of multiple role transitions, lifestyle changes, and care for newborns.This article describes case care of the mother who has failed breastfeeding. The author conducts overall assessment on five major scales of physiology, psychology, intelligence, society, spirituality, and using observations, interviews, medical records review, evaluation of physical Data, collect information via phone interviews.As a case manager role, from pre-case inspections to analyze the needs and postpartum recovery, flexibly adjust the time to provide completed and continues nursing guidance.Using maternal and child-friendly skills to teach cases to postpartum breastfeeding programs, and encourage family members to participate in the newborn baby nursing lesson that helps postpartum women to reduce the tiredness and gain enough rest
