29. Pharmaceutical Care
The Pharmaceutical Care Services recommendation was developed for pharmacists and pharmacy staff to Given Pharmaceutical Care Services (PCS) in Singapore. it had been drafted by the National Pharmacy Programme Management Office (NPPMO) in samely with pharmacists performing on the PCS proof of concept study in 2017.
