Arsenic is an inorganic chemical element represented by a symbol as the atomic number of 33. Arsenic occurs in many minerals in conjunction with sulphur and other metals but can also be found as crystal pure. Arsenic is extremely toxic in its inorganic form and when humans are exposed to low-dose arsenic from drinking water and other foodstuffs for a longer period, they develop a disease state in which the cells present in the human body are affected and their ability to function is also reduced due to the continuous exposure. Continuous cell exposure and damage can lead to the development of various diseases such as diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease and problems with the lungs. This scientific journal is a periodic publication of the research that has been conducted and that contributes to the further advancement of the Arsenic science.
