There are a few issues with current significance for deciding if a thyroid knob might be a thyroid disease. Thyroid knobs as little as 2 mm are frequently distinguished viably with current high-goals ultrasonography utilizing a 12 MHz to 16 MHz test. Knobs as little as 5 mm can be biopsied by FNA.
